大連海珍珠食品有限公司成立于1994年，在位于中國(guó)的蝦夷扇貝養(yǎng)殖基地——大連長(zhǎng)?？h大長(zhǎng)山島和風(fēng)街，公司興建了一座現(xiàn)代化的飛達(dá)扇貝加工廠，廠內(nèi)有兩個(gè)大速凍間，1500噸冷藏庫，兩臺(tái)單動(dòng)機(jī)，80平方米低溫包裝室、氣調(diào)庫，三套蒸煮設(shè)備，兩個(gè)干品烘干機(jī)。
主要產(chǎn)品：“珍珠貝”凍扇貝柱熱銷美國(guó)；凍煮裙邊貝肉銷往日本、臺(tái)灣；
“日月貝”凍柱連籽遠(yuǎn)銷澳洲；干貝在廣東市場(chǎng)有較大份額；
凍半殼貝一直是本公司經(jīng)營(yíng)的主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目，深受國(guó)內(nèi)及東南亞市場(chǎng)的歡迎。
工廠東臨碣石，南觀滄海，望水何澹澹，漂碧者，則扇貝與游魚俱鮮。朝而往，暮而歸，則漁者歌于途，成品即出者，只此貝渚之鄉(xiāng)也！
